Team Leader

We're looking for Team Leaders to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich on the Anglian Water Alliance.

Location : Ipswich, Suffolk

Hours : 45 hours per week

Role Overview :

In this role, you will work within the IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) responsible for maintaining Anglian Water's supply systems, handling emergencies like water bursts, and developing new ways to better serve customers.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in a team ensuring works comply with relevant Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation, with an emphasis on recycling where possible.
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to monitor progress and address issues.
• Deal with customers professionally at all times.
