Control Systems Engineer (PLC / HMI / SCADA)

Location : West Yorkshire

Salary : £30,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Our client is seeking experienced Control Systems Engineers to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in PLC, HMI, and SCADA system integration.

Site Working Allowances

Role Responsibilities :

Develop and modify PLC, HMI & SCADA software.

Prepare I / O schedules and design system architectures .

Write Functional Design Specifications (FDS) from client requirements.

Conduct client Factory Acceptance Testing (CFAT) and site commissioning across the UK.

Support customers with technical expertise via phone, email, and on-site visits.

Work autonomously on projects and mentor junior engineers.

Contribute to the development of engineering standards and best practices.

Ideal Candidate :

Essential : Proven experience in Control Systems Engineering .

Hands-on experience with at least one major PLC brand (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider).

Strong understanding of system integration and industrial automation .

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site work.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
