- Supporting service users with mobility.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring that their living space is tidy and organised.
- Collaborating with care coordinators to implement care plans effectively and monitor service users' progress.
- Engaging clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and physical stimulation. Experience The successful candidate should possess :
- Previous experience in a patient-facing role or a similar setting is highly desirable.
