Job descriptionMaintenance Operative Basic electrical qualifications essential Working for a leisurepany which owns 5 casinos & a sports track Head office is based in Sheffield with sites spread across Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Hull & Manchester Reporting to, and working closely with, the group maintenance engineer and supporting them when they are off pany van to use for travelling between sites (usually not to take home though, as it is often shared between maintenance staff) Duties will usually include : basic electrics, plumbing, painting, labouring, lighting, moving fridges and furniture, support with PPMs andpliance checks, general building fabric repairs. Working hours- 40 hours per week, 7am-3pm (will be required to stay behind toplete a job as and when necessary). Salary £28,000 - £30,000 Other benefits : 28-day holiday, pension etc.
Looking at starting around the beginning of August but happy to be flexible to amodate the successful applicant.
