A Commercial Infrastructure Solicitor is required to join a major organisation based in the South East on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join an established in-house legal team and handle a range of nationally significant work.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, with a requirement to attend the office in the South East at least once a week.
This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing and negotiating Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contracts, including performance monitoring, risk assessment, and stakeholder liaison across public and private sectors.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of PFI contract lifecycle management, especially contract handback, asset condition assessment, and compliance with financial and legal obligations.
Experience in construction law or public procurement is advantageous but not essential.
