We're on the lookout for a proactive, detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our clients growing in-house Accounts team on a 12-18 month fixed term contract based in Peterborough. You'll be working alongside the Finance Operations Manager to ensure delivery is smooth, compliant, and efficient financial services that underpin the teams' success. The working hours for this position at 9-5 : 30pm.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Managing the purchase ledger and ensuring timely, accurate payments.
• Processing cheques, BACS and CHAPS payments, and reconciling bank transactions.
• Posting financial transactions including invoices, disbursements, and client account transfers.
• Administering staff expense claims and petty cash records.
