The Opportunity

A leading law firm is seeking a highly skilled Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team, in Bishop's Stortford. This is an excellent opportunity to handle complex, high-value disputes while taking the next step in your career. Working closely with an experienced, legal 500-ranked team, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth of an already successful and thriving department.

The Role

As a key member of the Property Litigation team, your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing a broad caseload of property disputes for both commercial and residential clients.
  • Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary issues, rights of way, adverse possession claims, and enforcement of covenants.
  • Delivering tailored, strategic advice to clients while ensuring the highest standard of legal service.
  • Providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers, supporting their professional growth.

Who We're Looking For :

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 5 years' PQE in property litigation.
  • A strong background in handling complex disputes with a proven record of successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-value cases independently.
  • A passion for mentorship and team development.
