Field Service Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in connected safety solutions, supporting businesses that operate in hazardous and high-risk environments. Their technology is trusted across industries to protect workers through advanced monitoring and detection systems. As part of their continued growth in the EMEA region, they are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join the team. This role offers the opportunity to work with life-saving technologies, combining on-site deployment, technical problem-solving, and customer support. The travel for this role is 50 - 75%. When not travelling, this is a home-based position. Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-level technical support to customers across the UK and Europe, including on-site visits and remote troubleshooting. Conduct technical site assessments and plan deployments for safety systems and supporting infrastructure. Install, configure, and commission wireless safety equipment and related components. Provide training to partners and customers, both virtually and in-person, to ensure product understanding and proper usage. Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to drive long-term solutions.
