Residential Property Solicitor – Shropshire
The Role :
A respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor , Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to join its busy south Shropshire office . This key role will support a growing caseload, working alongside an existing part-time Fee Earner. The position is ideally full-time, though part-time applications are welcomed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions , including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Delivering high-quality, client-focused legal advice
- Working independently with support from the wider property team
