Their client portfolio covers a diverse range of business entities from Sole traders to complex Corporate structures with turnovers up to c.£75m. They also provide accounting services to the Not for Profit, Charity and Academy sectors.

Having enjoyed significant levels of year-on-year growth a new and exciting position has been created for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

This brilliant opportunity to further your career within an employee focused accountancy firm that provides high levels of staff development will ideally appeal to an ACA or ACCA qualified accountant or Finalist who has at least four years’ experience of working within a general accountancy firm.

Reporting to directly to a Partner the Senior Accountant will undertake a wide range of general accounting duties including :

• Accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole Traders, Partnerships, LLPs and Charities
• Reviewing the work of more junior members of the team
• Liaising directly with clients
• Tax computations
• Assisting in the planning and management of the workflow
• Exciting ad-hoc duties including budgeting & forecasting and due diligence

Assisting in the management of a team of both qualified and part qualified accountants this is a brilliant role to obtain high levels of practical managerial experience whilst working alongside an exceptionally talented Partner and other experts in their chosen field.
