Global Director of Technology Operations - Healthtech - £800 / day INSIDE IR35

A pioneering healthcare technology company that develops innovative solutions to support independent living and improve quality of life for vulnerable populations worldwide, is seeking a Global Director of Technical Operations to lead their technology transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned technology leader to drive strategic technical operations across a global organization that serves healthcare providers, social care organizations, and millions of individuals who rely on their life-enhancing technologies. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive technical operational strategies that support the delivery of critical healthcare solutions, while building robust infrastructure that enables people to live safely and independently in their own homes.

The Global Director of Technical Operations' responsibilities :

• Developing and executing global technical operations strategy aligned with organizational objectives and healthcare innovation goals.
• Overseeing design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable technology infrastructure including cloud instances, data centres, and secure networks supporting critical healthcare services.
• Managing and optimizing business systems including ERP, CRM, and specialized healthcare applications that support service delivery to vulnerable populations.
• Leading client systems teams to provide exceptional technical support, ensuring secure and reliable technology solutions for healthcare providers and care organizations.
• Driving financial management of IT budgets while optimizing cost-effectiveness through strategic mix of internal and external resources.
• Implementing robust security policies and compliance frameworks to safeguard sensitive healthcare data and critical systems.
• Building and leading high-performing global technical teams, fostering innovation and professional development across diverse international markets.
• Managing vendor relationships and strategic partnerships with healthcare technology providers and outsourcing partners.
• Leading complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery of healthcare solutions within agreed timelines and quality standards.
