Job description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to lead and energise our internal sales team. Youll play a critical role in shaping the internal sales function combining strategic oversight with day-to-day operational leadership to deliver measurable business results. The role is based in our main HQ in Telford .

  • Guiding and developing a high-performing internal sales team with a customer-first mindset
  • Driving and executing internal sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Managing key customer accounts to ensure strong relationships and service excellence
  • Optimising internal sales processes to boost efficientcy and performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Who you are

  • Proven experience in internal sales management ideally in HVAC or building services
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team development and performance management
  • Skilled communicator with excellent relantioship-building and negotiation abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to planning and performance analsyis
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce / SAP) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of HVAC products / systems or strong willingness to learn
