Freelance Luxury Brand Manager (Mid–Senior Level)

Mayfair (Hybrid : 2–3 days onsite per week)

Start Date : ASAP | ⏳ Contract : Approx. 6 Months

Day Rate : £350–£400

The Opportunity

We're seeking a Freelance Luxury Brand Manager to support the creation and execution of premium marketing and sales collateral across a prestigious property and residences portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of design, strategy, and brand excellence — partnering closely with project managers, creatives, and stakeholders to ensure every asset aligns with the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of sophisticated sales materials — proposals, brochures, CGI renders, and floorplans
  • Brief and review creative outputs for brand consistency and visual excellence
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to uphold premium brand standards
  • Manage project timelines and asset delivery with the project manager
  • Gather and implement stakeholder feedback with clarity and efficiency
  • Act as brand guardian across all platforms and touchpoints

You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or creative project management
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional brand materials in premium or luxury sectors
  • Strong understanding of visual identity, brand tone, and high-end creative production
  • Meticulous attention to detail and polished communication skills
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, property, or design-led brands is a plus
