They will lead a team of 55 manufacturing, customer service, finance, and technical staff, ensuring operational excellence. Their primary focus will be on optimizing production processes, health and safety, maintaining quality standards, and driving overall efficiency. As a strategic leader, they will be tasked with achieving financial objectives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

General Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production processes.
• Implement strategies to enhance productivity, minimize downtime, reduce production costs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and product quality requirements.
• Set budgets and manage the operation to budget.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels to meet production demands.
• Establish and enforce quality control standards to deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
