The Role :

As a Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in advising and supporting Defence & Security clients in strategic decision-making and transformation efforts. You will :

• Lead strategy and transformation projects, ensuring successful outcome
• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to inform decision-making
• Design and facilitate engaging stakeholder workshops and discussions
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth
• Support business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client engagement
