A leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for work on the United Utilties Framework and to provide commercial support across a variety of projects, bespoke contracts, and emergency works. The role involves maintaining accurate commercial information, ensuring contractual compliance, and maximising commercial efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Cost management, forecasting, CVRs, and cash flow reporting
- Procurement, subcontract management, and financial accounting
- Preparation and agreement of applications, variations, and claims
- Collaboration with site teams to manage costs and improve efficiency
- Building strong client and supply chain relationships Requirements
- HND / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Experience with NEC / ICE contracts and construction law
- Strong commercial reporting and subcontract management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Membership of RICS (or working towards) is desirable Benefits
