Catering Assistant

Working as part of Catering team to deliver of a range of food and beverages in line with Food Hygiene legislation and NHS Lanarkshire policies and procedures to meet the nutritional needs of Patients, Staff, and users of NHS Lanarkshire services

To work alongside and support new staff in the working environment.

• Assist in the preparation , production, heating and reheating of food for patients, staff, visitors
• To pick, pack, decant food items in required pack sizes.
• To work in all areas of the catering department including freezers, fridges and cold rooms

Location and Working Pattern

This role will be based in Catering department within University Hospital Wishaw.

The working pattern for this role : flexi between hours of 07.00 / 20.00
