The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our expanding team. Youll play a dual roleproviding vital bookkeeping payroll and Xero support to our clients while also leading the way in developing AI-based process automation to enhance the efficiency and quality of our services. Your key duties will include :

• VAT return preparation
• Client bookkeeping (Xero-based)
• Client payroll processing including HMRC submissions and payment file
• Providing Xero support to clients and team members
• Supporting client onboarding activities
• Working with our bot provider to automate bookkeeping and payroll processes

Personal Profile

Youll be someone who thrives on responsibility and continuous improvement. With experience in bookkeeping and / or payroll and be confident in using cloud-based systems and open to embracing automation and new tech. Youll need strong communication and time management skills the ability to work independently and a passion for delivering excellent service.
