Are you an experienced financial services administrator looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected financial planning team as a Client Services Executive, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to clients and supporting Financial Planners.

The Role

As a Client Services Executive, you will :

• Coordinate and deliver agreed services to clients, ensuring accuracy and excellent continuity
• Proactively engage with clients to keep them updated on ongoing matters
• Prepare financial advice documentation covering investments, pension planning, inheritance tax, and estate planning
• Remind Financial Planners of and schedule Annual Reviews as they fall due
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners
• Maintain accurate client records and update internal CRM systems
• Process new business applications, ensuring all documents are correct and deadlines met
• Coordinate work with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, Investment Managers, and external providers
• Ensure all work complies with AML regulations, complaints procedures, and MiFID II requirements
