About the Role As a Senior Engineer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical delivery of earthworks design, modelling, and supervision for a range of highways projects. They will play a key role in ensuring the successful and safe execution of projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and modelling of complex earthworks schemes for highways projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Undertake volumetric calculations and material management.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
