Maintenance Electrician

Coventry

20 – £26 per hour – ongoing temporary contract possible temp to perm

Ongoing temporary position for a maintenance electrician to work at a static site in Coventry. The role will involve pre-planned and reactive maintenance and minor installation work. This position is to work on an ongoing basis as part of a small team, working Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Hourly pay is £20 per hour PAYE or £26 per hour umbrella.

Main duties will include (but not limited to) :

• Maintenance and installation of mains, distribution wiring and distribution boards, sockets, switchgear, 3 phase systems, lighting, emergency lighting, and all building services electrical plant.
• Liaison with other engineers on site.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Small works electrical tasks.
• Facilities maintenance as part of an on-site facilities team.

Requirements :

On offer is an ongoing temporary position, working Monday – Friday 40 hours per week, with the potential for a permanent role at the end of the contract.
