ABC Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Trainee Cover Supervisor working in and around Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or looking to gain hands-on experience in a school setting.

As a Trainee Cover Supervisor, You Will

Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students with their learning and development.
Work in a variety of secondary schools across Walsall and the surrounding areas.
Gain invaluable classroom experience with full training and ongoing support.

Online courses covering essential classroom management and teaching techniques.

An in-person training session at our Lichfield office, where you will receive hands-on experience and guidance from experienced education professionals.

About You

A passion for education and working with young people.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

A degree (desirable but not essential) or relevant experience in coaching, tutoring, or mentoring.

The ability to adapt to different classroom environments.

An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
