We’re partnered with a forward-thinking software company that’s scaling rapidly and reshaping how their platform is delivered to customers. As part of their growth, they’re building out a brand-new Delivery function. They are now hiring their first Agile Delivery Lead to help establish and embed this capability across the business.

Why This Role Exists

As the business expands, there’s a growing need for dedicated delivery leadership to support multiple customer implementations and evolving team structures.

This is a greenfield opportunity to define and build a delivery support model that scales, especially as the company explores exciting opportunities in the US market, with a proof of concept lined up for September.

What You’ll Do

• Provide cross-team delivery support across a growing number of Agile teams
• Act as the glue between product, engineering, and stakeholders - removing blockers and letting teams do their best work
• Help optimise team allocation, identifying where delivery leadership is most needed
• Guide and mentor Scrum Masters as they adapt to the new model
