Senior Project Manager :

2x roles for a Consultant and Permanent Role)

A leading global consultancy and construction firm based in the UK, this company specializes in managing complex, high-value projects across sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, and life sciences.

For this position it is crucial to have front end experience - development into design phase, and ideally GMPP experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and validate layouts (process rooms, cleanrooms, HVAC zoning)
• Provide regular design updates to senior management & project sponsors.
• Managing 2-stage design and build projects.
• Working with Multidisciplinary design teams.
• Working on high containment laboratory buildings.

Key Experience :

We are currently hiring for 2 positions and looking to hear from both consultants (mid-July start) and those looking for longer-term permanent opportunities. This will be a Hybrid role with 3 days on site required in either West Surrey or Central London.
