Job description

Role : Motor Administrator

Location : Morley, Leeds

Salary : £23,000 - £26,000 pa

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.15pm

What you’ll be doing as Motor Administrator :

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries - friendly, helpful and always on the ball
  • Keep things running smoothly with accurate admin and updates to client records
  • Handle changes like updating vehicles or drivers with speed and precision
  • Take ownership of routine documentation and data entry with a strong eye for detail
  • Support the wider team to make sure service is seamless and customers are happy
  • Work collaboratively with team members and external contacts in a proactive, can do manner
  • Follow structured processes that ensure everything runs smoothly

What you’ll need to succeed :

  • A natural communicator - friendly, approachable and professional
  • Previous experience in administration is a must
  • A background in motor, transport, logistics or fleet? Even better!
  • Super organised and reliable, with a sharp eye for the little details
  • Eager to learn and take on new challenges and always up for developing your skills
  • A real team player who brings good vibes to the office and supports others
  • Confident with IT and happy navigating systems, documents and emails
