Were looking for a Housing Officer who will provide a proactive customer-focused service to tenants and our communities to ensure that properties are maintained and tenants are comfortable in their surroundings. You will develop effective relationships internally and externally to enable a proactive and non-judgemental tenancy management service to our customers and assist with benefits entitlement and claims. You will be used to keeping up to date with legislation regulatory requirements and best practice and play a key role in achieving our objectives to provide homes and services that transform homes lives and communities. Youll be on hand to help customer to manage their tenancies and comply with the tenancy agreement and provide a culturally sensitive response to the needs and expectations of all customers.
With experience in a similar housing environment you will be accustomed to managing rent arrears control and liaising with customers to encourage productive financial management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer-focussed person who has a genuine passion and demonstrable experience of delivering quality services. You will be highly motivated and will have experience of delivering of housing management in a fast-paced environment. Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
