Your new roleAs a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a fit-out project in Sheffield. Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, coordinating schedules, and maintaining quality standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• A thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
• The ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
