Teaching Assistants & Graduates – September School Roles

Location : Tyne and Wear Newcastle

Availability : Full-time, Monday–Friday (Term time only)

Start : September 2025

Pay : 90 –£110 per day (PAYE)

It’s a highly valued skill that schools look for—and it’ll give you the confidence to make an impact from day one.

What your role could involve :

Supporting pupils 1 : 1 or in small groups

Helping to manage behaviour and maintain routines

Assisting the class teacher with learning and engagement

Supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs

What we’re looking for :

Availability Monday to Friday (term time only)

A caring, proactive, and dependable approach

Experience working with children or young people (ideal but not essential)

Interest in education, care, psychology, or SEND

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
