About the role

Lead or support solution design across complex programmes including Policy Admin System migrations, data platform evolution, and digital transformation

• Translate business needs into executable architecture using C4, ArchiMate, and modern frameworks
• Collaborate across architecture layers—security, infrastructure, data, integration, and networks
• Influence enterprise direction through cloud, AI, observability, and simplification strategies
• Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and architectural excellence
