Quantity Surveyor

Full-time, Permanent

We’re seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our fast-paced, work-winning team in Faringdon / High Wycombe. In this role, you will support the commercial team on upcoming tenders across our M&E, Core, and Projects divisions.

If you thrive in the pre-contract phase and can manage tender returns with precision, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities (not limited to) :

• Lead the pricing and preparation of tender submissions ranging from £100K to £2.5M
• Break down project scopes into clear deliverables and develop programmes using supplier lead times
• Produce detailed Traffic Management Plans—considering risks, constraints, and logistics from day one
• Create structured RFQs and manage end-to-end communications with subcontractors
• Build comprehensive risk registers—thinking ahead and mitigating issues before they arise
