Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in Walsall , which is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute team . As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality litigation services to clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the expansion of our department.

Role : Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Location : Walsall – hybrid working

Salary : Competitive (will discuss at application)

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor role :

• Deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters from start to completion. This will include but is not limited to complex shareholder / director / partnership disputes; Injunctive relief and contractual claims.
• Handle commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
• Provide team support and mentoring when required.
