Agile Coach – Financial Services

ASAP Start | Contract until End of Year (Initial Term)

Overview :

We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join a leading financial institution in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the development of high-performing technology teams and drive the successful delivery of Scrum-based projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Champion Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the bank’s strategic objectives.
Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing expert technical guidance to overcome complex challenges.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology delivery.
Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and contribute to internal communities of practice, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure initiatives meet business goals, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements :

Proven experience as an Agile Coach within a technology or financial services environment.

Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, and Agile delivery frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing engineering teams.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
