As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include :

Providing classroom support to teachers by assisting with instructional activities, classroom management, and student supervision for the duration of the assignment

Working one-on-one or with small groups of students requiring additional academic support

Preparing instructional materials and classroom resources

Monitoring student progress and documenting observations

Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications for Primary Teaching Assistants :

Previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication abilities with students, teachers, and parents

Patient, caring, and able to motivate students

Flexibility to take assignments at various schools across your area of Manchester

These are long-term, temporary roles with the potential for an assignment to last several months up to the full academic term / year. Competitive daily pay rates based on experience. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
