Position : Tractor and Plant Fitter

Location : Bridgend

Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOE

Hours : Monday - Friday, 07 : 30 - 17 : 00

Please note - A van will be provided that can be taken home (Work use only)

Due to continued growth, they are seeking a dedicated and proactive Tractor and Plant Fitter to join their team.

About the Role :

As a Tractor and Plant Fitter, you will be a crucial part of the service department, responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining plant and machinery. Your role will ensure that all equipment is in excellent working condition, ready for mobilisation to various sites.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, reporting any defects immediately.
• Prepare plant and machinery for mobilisation to site.
• Ensure machinery is in top working condition before and after mobilisation.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and promote safe working practices at all times.
• Represent the company professionally at all times, both internally and externally.
• Undertake on-site repairs when necessary.
• Clean and maintain machinery.
