Chef de Partie – Michelin star

A great opportunity has come up for a  Chef de Partie  to join the team of an exciting neighbourhood Michelin star restaurant in the heart Mayfair :

• Casual fine dining Mediterranean & Spanish cuisine, sharing concept dishes with bold flavours –  1
• Michelin
• Fresh ingredients and seasonal produce top notch suppliers (open fire, whole butchering on site, dry age meat, line caught fish)
• Lunch and dinner up to 100 covers – open kitchen setting
• Salary up to  £38,000 – £39,000 per annum (according to experience)
• Fantastic project and strong chef team
• Rota of 2 doubles, 3 singles shifts

The ideal Chef de Partie must be passionate and have a background in Michelin star restaurants and volume as the food is top quality but also operates very fast-paced in high volume kitchen setting.
