We are looking for a Butcher to work in our busy Butchery in Polhill Garden Centre in Badgers Mount .

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Preparation for sale
• Boning, trimming and cutting meat, demonstrating excellent knife skills.
• Presentation of cuts to a high standard
• Sausage and burger making
• Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and food safety in the butchery...
