Responsibilities Manage and support interest rate hedging capabilities across banking books, including search portfolios and asset liability books. Understand and align business objectives with technical solutions for efficient treasury management. Utilise Excel in relation to business objectives from a portfolio perspective. Critically review and adapt solutions to address complex financial issues. Essential Skills Extensive experience within a retail bank treasury environment. Proficiency in managing end-to-end hedging capabilities. Ability to translate Excel-based processes into business objectives. Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Mortgage products. Wide knowledge and experience in large-scale financial services organisations. High degree of self-motivation and ability to inspire trust in others. Why Work Here?
