We are looking for highly motivated nurses who are passionate about patient care to join our well-established team in delivering a 24 / 7 service.

Fordham ward is a 28-bed trauma orthopaedic ward based at Colchester Hospital, primarily female. We provide pre and post-operative care. We work closely within a multidisciplinary team alongside therapy and ortho-geriatricians.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly team committed to delivering patient-centered, clinically effective, and dynamic care.

Responsibilities include :

• Meeting the Trust's requirements for induction, mandatory, and statutory training
• Providing high-quality, individualized nursing care within the framework of Clinical Governance, and contributing to the development of nursing practice
• Maintaining high standards of patient care in line with Trust policies and guidelines
• Working effectively as part of the nursing team and wider healthcare team
