JD.com is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Technical Sourcer to lead top-of-funnel recruitment activities for our overseas R&D expansion in Europe. As the founding member of our technical recruitment team , you will play a pivotal role in scaling our engineering, data science, product management, and product operations teams. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract world-class technical talent and lay the foundation for a high-performing international workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top technical talent across Europe.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by understanding their needs and aligning sourcing efforts accordingly.
• Proactively engage passive candidates through compelling outreach and build strong talent pipelines.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure sourcing effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across various time zones, ensuring a smooth and timely candidate experience.
• Provide recruitment support to the Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic and operational tasks as needed.
