- Manage internal documentation, data entry, and reporting tasks.
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate engineers diaries.
- Organise engineers work loads.
- Liase directly with letting agents and landlords.
- Ensure that digital and physical reminders are sent to customers regarding safety certificates.
- Assist with documentation control and version management.
- Support HR processes including onboarding and internal communications.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
