We are acting on behalf of our client a large specialist contractor wishing to employ a Mechanically biased Construction Manager based on a £200m scheme in Central London

The contractor is a well respected company with an annual turnover circa £1bn. They are known for their quality of work and getting the job done properly.

They have proven systems and procedures and an excellent working environment both on site and HQ. The particular role will be site base reporting the MEP project Manager working alongside the other team members

Candidates will either come from an engineering degree route or from an apprenticeship / off the tools. You must have previous main or sub contracting experience gained on building schemes ideally Central London based.
