Manager – Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) | M&A Advisory
Location : London | Salary : £85,000 – £95,000 + up to 60% bonus

This role focuses on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and strategic advisory projects, supporting private equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors across a wide range of sectors.
You’ll be part of a lean, senior-led team that combines top-tier consulting discipline with hands-on investment insight—working on both domestic and international transactions where growth, market dynamics, and commercial strategy are central to the investment thesis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver buy-side and sell-side Commercial Due Diligence projects
- Analyse markets, competitive dynamics, customer behaviours, and value levers
- Translate findings into actionable, insight-led recommendations for investors
- Own client relationships and liaise directly with senior stakeholders and deal teams
- Contribute to business development, proposals, and origination strategies
- Mentor and develop junior team members through project delivery and coaching
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to support cross-border transactions
- Play a role in shaping the team’s growth strategy in the M&A advisory space
About You :
Strong background in M&A advisory or strategy consultingProven track record of leading Commercial Due Diligence or strategic projects, ideally for private equity clientsCommercially astute, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident managing client relationships at the C-suite and deal principal levelCapable of delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines in fast-paced environmentsSkilled communicator with experience preparing and presenting to clientsSector knowledge in technology, healthcare, industrials, or business services is a plusMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is advantageousMust have the right to work in the UKWhat’s on Offer :
