EYFS Specialist - Banbury Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing primary school in Banbury, which is currently seeking a passionate and committed EYFS Specialist to join their Early Years team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a play-based learning environment and is eager to support children in the earliest and most formative stage of their education. The role offers flexibility, with both part-time (as little as 0.2) and full-time opportunities depending on your availability. What We're Looking For : To be considered for this role, you should : Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a focus or interest in EYFS. Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Framework and experience teaching within Nursery or Reception. Be skilled at creating a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Be confident in observing, assessing, and planning for individual development using the EYFS profile. Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills. Be patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about supporting early learning and development.
