We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader based in the West Kensington area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. We work across categories including : Books and Entertainment, Fashion, Grocery, Health and Beauty, Beers, Wines and Spirits, and Toys.

You'll be supervising and training your team to ensure they deliver excellent service for our clients and meet the required measures and deadlines. Merchandising tasks include setting up Point of Sale displays, checking stock levels, and replenishing fixtures. Every day is different and rewarding! About the role :

The ideal recruitment area is West Kensington, with responsibility covering City of London, Hammersmith, Kensington, Fulham, Surrey Quays, Kings Cross, Ladbroke Grove, and Central London.

The contracted hours are 30 per week. You will conduct supervisory tasks for 12 hours per week at a rate of £13.70 and client merchandising tasks for 18 hours per week at a rate of £13.20.

  • Supervising : You'll support the coordination of the merchandising schedule for merchandisers in your area. You'll coach and train colleagues on merchandising principles, processes, and procedures to ensure high-quality service.
  • Compliance and Standards : You'll act as a compliance champion, ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, health and safety guidelines, and planograms where provided.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment : You'll organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup : You'll set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts, and offers.
  • Communication and Relationship Building : You'll build good working relationships with in-store colleagues, especially department and store managers, and provide feedback to our client teams.

  • Willing to travel across the defined area
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car for business purposes
  • Comfortable with manual handling and product movement
  • Experience in retail merchandising, retail, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and find solutions
  • Pride in delivering high standards and service
  • Experience supervising, training, or coaching colleagues is a bonus
  • Willing to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items (paid extra)
  • Comfortable using a company tablet for tasks
