To achieve growth and sales targets by managing customers and prospects and their own personal sales
To understand the current business and to develop sales plans to secure and grow sales revenue at agreed margins.
To present sales activity, revenue, and expense reports together with realistic forecasts to the Board
To understand customer needs and to build strong customer relationships and partnerships and where possible contracts.
To have a good understanding of key financial indicators and information to include P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports for the company.
To develop good internal working relationships with colleagues and members of the Management team and Board to maximise customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
To manage the induction and ongoing training of the sales force, to put in place agreed KPIs and development plans.
To complete the training in and ongoing use of CSP throughout the sales process
To develop, implement and manage a sales management system to cover customers and prospects.
