Job description

Main Duties

  • To achieve growth and sales targets by managing customers and prospects and their own personal sales
  • To understand the current business and to develop sales plans to secure and grow sales revenue at agreed margins.
  • To present sales activity, revenue, and expense reports together with realistic forecasts to the Board
  • To understand customer needs and to build strong customer relationships and partnerships and where possible contracts.
  • To have a good understanding of key financial indicators and information to include P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports for the company.
  • To develop good internal working relationships with colleagues and members of the Management team and Board to maximise customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
  • To manage the induction and ongoing training of the sales force, to put in place agreed KPIs and development plans.
  • To complete the training in and ongoing use of CSP throughout the sales process
  • To develop, implement and manage a sales management system to cover customers and prospects.
