Maintenance Manager

I am recruiting for a Maintenance Manager to join an established industrial plant, responsible for leading the maintenance team, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement. This hands-on role requires a strong technicalbackground, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while working closely with production teams to maintain high operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. You must be happy to work 5 over 7 days in the week

Skills required for MaintenanceManager :

• Man-management skills required (Team leader, supervisor, Engineering Manager & Maintenance Manager)
• Strong Technical engineering Skills
• Ability to communicate with all departments and at all levels
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Must be happy to work hands on (70%)
