Site Manager

Site Manager Falmouth £65,000-£68,000 & Car Package You will manage the construction of a large residential site, alongside an experienced team of like minded professionals. You will ensure that targets are met regarding Health & Safety and keep a close on the quality, customer care and cost across the site. To be successful in this role, you will need the following :

• A proven background working to an established build programme, managing key priorities and dealing with some unexpected challenges on site.
• In depth knowledge of all aspects of house building, particularly timber frame.
• Must be able to deal with customers and potential customers in all aspects of the build.
• NVQ 5 in Construction Management, SMSTS, CSCS card & First Aid at Work. On offer :
• Salary paying up to £68,000 & Car package
