Store Manager - Bath Paying £37,000 P / A

What's the Role All About?

As Store Manager, you'll be the beating heart of the store-leading, inspiring, and getting stuck in. From building strong local connections to helping customers find their new favourite product, no two days are the same.

You'll be driving store performance, mentoring a fantastic team, and making the store a place where customers feel welcomed, wowed, and wanting to come back for more.

This is a hands-on, full-time role that requires energy, heart, and a love for people. (Bonus points if you love a good cuppa, too.)

Your Day-to-Day

Customer Experience

Make every visitor feel special and create a fun, welcoming environment
Inspire your team to deliver stand-out customer service, every single time

Sales & Store Success

Lead your team to hit targets (and celebrate the wins!)

Bring ideas and energy to boost footfall, sales, and local visibility

Team Leadership

Coach, motivate, and support your team to be their best

Lead by example with kindness, positivity, and a proactive mindset

Recruit and train brilliant people who'll love working in-store as much as you do

Store Vibes & Operations

Keep everything running smoothly-from opening the doors to daily admin

Build a rota that keeps the store well-covered and your team happy

Keep an eye on compliance, safety, and making sure the store always looks amazing

Visuals & Stock

Keep displays looking beautiful, on-brand, and inspiring

Stay on top of stock levels and lead stock takes like a pro

Events & Community

Host in-store events that are fun, inclusive, and unforgettable

Get out and about locally-share samples, meet the community, and spread the word

Build relationships with local businesses and groups to grow the store's impact

Sustainability & Values

Champion eco-friendly practices and help hit our sustainability goals

Bring values to life in your store-from kindness to inclusivity to environmental care
