    Job Overview

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

    Who You Are :

    Data analysts extract insights from data to assist businesses in decision-making regarding customer knowledge and operational efficiency. They provide efficient data modeling tools and advanced statistical models.

    What You’ll Do :

  • Data modeling : Support the business analyst team by structuring data sets with SQL.
  • Data analysis : Interpret data to identify trends or patterns, producing actionable insights to help achieve organizational goals. Support business analysts with advanced statistical models.
  • Data visualization : Create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • KPIs definition and implementation : Define performance KPIs based on processes, organizational structures, and internal needs.
  • Data governance support : Track KPI errors, identify sources, and manage resolution.
  • Transversal interaction : Collaborate with stakeholders and teams (data engineers, data scientists) to identify data sources, build data models, and dashboards.

    • What You’ll Need :

  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Experience with SQL
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
  • Good communication, attention to detail, curiosity, and analytical skills
  • European Union citizenship
