We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef / Chef De Partie to join our team. As a Breakfast Chef / Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a high standard and ensuring that all food is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes, including eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, pastries, and other breakfast items.
• Ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and is presented in an appealing and appetizing manner.
• Maintaining kitchen equipment and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assisting in ordering and managing kitchen supplies and inventory.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy.
• Training junior kitchen staff as required.
